We’re shortlisted for three national awards!
Community Integrated Care is delighted to have been shortlisted for three prestigious accolades at the National Learning Disabilities and Autism Awards.
Hosted by social care magazine, Care Talk, the awards celebrate brilliant people, teams and organisations who showcase excellence in supporting people with learning disabilities.
This year, our charity is delighted to have three incredible finalists:
- Tauseef Iqbal, a person we support in the North West, is a finalist for the People’s Award – Individual category, celebrating Tauseef’s work in representing the voice of the people we support, including speaking in Parliament for the launch of our Unfair To Care campaign and taking part in our Inclusive Volunteering®️ Programme.
- Our Support Squad has been shortlisted for the People’s Award – Team category, commending their impact in transforming major sports events across the UK, making them more inclusive for everyone.
- Community Integrated Care is a finalist for Employer of the Year, recognising our charity as a whole, and our commitment to Best Lives Possible for both our colleagues and the people we support.
Jim Kane, Chief Executive Officer for Community Integrated Care, said, “It’s fantastic to see our charity shortlisted for three brilliant accolades at the National Learning Disabilities and Autism Awards.
