We’re up for 22 Great British Care Awards!

We’re proud to announce that Community Integrated Care is shortlisted for 22 accolades at this year’s Great British Care Awards regional ceremonies.

Hosted by Care Talk Magazine, the Great British Care Awards honour some of the most incredible professionals working in UK social care sector today. Celebrating care excellence, the regional awards ceremonies are set to take place throughout November.

From Falkirk to London, we’re thrilled to see so many of our fantastic colleagues recognised. Among the cohort of colleagues shortlisted, Community Integrated Care has also been named as a finalist for the Care Employer Award at the North West, East Midlands, and North East & Scotland ceremonies – recognising our charity’s unwavering commitment to providing the highest quality care and support.

Additionally, a wide range of Community Integrated Care’s partnerships initiatives have received recognition. Across the country, our Taking Charge campaign, Wild Isles resources, Inclusive Volunteering programme, Learning Disability Super League, and Big Adventure project have all been shortlisted for the Care Innovator Award.

Jim Kane, Chief Executive Officer for Community Integrated Care, said, “We are so proud to have so many of our amazing colleagues and teams named as finalists at this year’s Great British Care Awards. To be shortlisted alone is testament to the life-changing work our colleagues do, providing the Best Lives Possible for the people we support, every day.”

He continued, “We’re also pleased to see that many of our organisation’s partnerships have been recognised. Through the projects shortlisted, our colleagues have enabled the people we support to achieve their biggest dreams, whether this be playing rugby for crowds of thousands, volunteering at international sporting events, or going on their own ‘Big Adventure’.”

“We would like to say a big thank you to our partners: Okta, the RSPB, WWF, the National Trust, the RFL, Super League, and many more. Without their enthusiastic collaboration, none of these incredible opportunities would have been possible.”

“Congratulations to everyone nominated for an award – we wish you the very best of luck!”
