Trustee Janet Ryan welcomed at Carlisle service visits

This week, our Norfolk Road and Angus Court services in Carlisle welcomed Trustee Janet Ryan and Chief Financial Officer Tom Gibbs. The visits were hosted by Bryony Osborne, Head of Operations for North West & North East.

Janet and Tom had the opportunity to meet people we support and hear from dedicated staff, including Regional Manager for North West & North East, Jane Lye, and Service Leader Jennifer Webster. The visit provided a valuable chance to see first-hand the impact of the person-centred care delivered by our incredible teams.

In the afternoon, they then headed to Angus Court, a former Bed and Breakfast and now a supported living service consisting of nine individual flats. The visit was marked by a tea party, where Janet and Tom spent quality time chatting with people we support and our colleagues. They were also given a guided tour of their flats. It was a fantastic opportunity to build connections and celebrate the outstanding work taking place at the service.
