Community Integrated Care Lights up Blue for Autism

World Autism Awareness Day was celebrated by Community Integrated Care services throughout the country earlier this month, with staff, the people we support and their loved ones taking part in events to light the world up blue for this very special campaign.

The global event, which is held every year on April 2, aims to raise awareness and education surrounding autism, and is backed by the National Autistic Society.

From banner-making to tea parties, community events to away-days, everyone involved showed their commitment to raising awareness of Autism, with one dedicated staff member even turning his hair blue for the day!
