Special Christmas Jumpers & T-shirts!

This year, Community Integrated Care have created special edition Christmas Jumpers & T-shirts as part of the charity’s seasonal £10k for Christmas Day fundraising campaign.

Inspiration for the festive design came from, Carol Mahor who is supported by the charity and Support Worker, Jennifer Wallace who submitted the winning entry of the annual internal Christmas Card competition – which saw hundreds of submissions from across the charity. This will see their design made into not only a Christmas Card but also a Christmas Jumper and T-Shirt!

The exclusive design is available to purchase now with all proceeds from these special items supporting the charity to purchase gifts and arrange seasonal good times for the people they support.
