Celebrating Trustees’ Week 2021
This Trustees’ Week, we are sharing our appreciation for our incredible trustees who help to make Community Integrated Care so special.
Now in its 11th year, Trustees’ Week is a celebration of the great work that trustees do. It is an opportunity to celebrate the time, commitment, skills and experience that our trustees bring to our charity.
We will be taking part in some of Trustees’ Week’s national activities so keep a look out on our social channels for:
- #TagATrustee – we will be giving a general introduction to some of our Trustees.
- Trustees stories – an opportunity to find out more about some of our charity’s new Trustees.
- #ThankATrustee – celebrating and thanking our trustees for all of the commitment they put into our charity.
Libby Raper our trustee and Chairperson of the board shared her thanks with us:
“I’m really proud to be a trustee of Community Integrated Care and also Chair of the Board. I’ve been a trustee here for three years and have been honoured to be involved in some very significant changes and decisions. Of course, the most recent one was around the uplift in pay for our frontline colleagues, something we’ve wanted to do for a long time and it’s fantastic that all the hard work over the last year has meant we’ve been able to do that.
But really, I wanted to say a huge thank you to all my fellow trustees. They give their time, they bring their energy and their very significant experience, and it is through their hard work, together with the teams, that we’re able to support the people that we do.”
Wallice Dobbin, one of our newest trustees also shared his thoughts with us:
“Community Integrated Care is a truly remarkable organisation. The dedication, commitment and professionalism of the staff is both inspiring and humbling. It has been an honour and a privilege to join this extraordinary team”
