Celebrating Black History Month with Nutty P
Last Thursday, in celebration of Black History Month, our charity was joined by famous UK rapper and producer, Nutty P, as he hosted a special live disco on our charity’s inclusive online activity platform – ‘What To Do’.
The virtual disco got into full swing at 6.30pm and was open to anyone to join live via our online activity platform

Launched in September, ‘What To Do’ is our charity’s unique online hub, offering free live accessible activities every day, in partnership with leading sports, cultural and community groups.
Thursday’s disco event was a fantastic celebration of Black History Month, enjoyed by all, with participants enjoying dancing along to a mixture of incredible tunes from black artists – including Motown, Soul, Disco, Pop and Rap classics!
Following the event, Nutty P said:
“I really enjoyed celebrating Black History Month with you all. It was a proper vibe and I was quite surprised to see how well some of the old rare groove classics went down and had everyone moving, it was also great to see appreciation for the newer more modern contemporary stuff. Thanks for having me!”
You can also check out our other upcoming classes that will be running throughout the week. From creative arts classes to PE and games sessions, ‘What To Do’ provides an unique platform for people who access care and support to enjoy exciting experiences every day. The website has generously been supported by funding from the NHS. Community Integrated Care is also grateful for the support of Sport England, who has supported the development of the charity’s team that manages programmes of this nature.
