Community Integrated Care announces two Executive Team Appointments
Community Integrated Care, is proud to announce the appointments of its new Chief Finance Officer and Managing Director for Scotland.
Our charity has appointed Andrew Sleigh, formerly Divisional Finance Director at Kier Services, as its CFO. He will be joined by Ms Sheridan, formerly Assistant Director for Business Development at the Scottish learning disability charity, Enable Scotland, who will oversee Community Integrated Care’s entire portfolio of services in Scotland.
Andrew, who is a Qualified Chartered Accountant, has enjoyed a highly successful 30 year career in finance roles, including most recently overseeing budgets and business integration at Kier Services with an annual turnover of over £1.2bn. He is also passionate about supporting community groups and delivering a cross-functional customer focus. Andrew will will oversee Community Integrated Care’s financial strategy, as well as have responsibility for its IT, Property, Fleet and Legal Services departments.
Karen has extensive experience in the Scottish social care sector, having enjoyed a successful 14 year career at Enable Scotland. In her newly created Board-level role, Karen, will oversee Community Integrated Care’s entire portfolio of services in Scotland. Community Integrated Care provides 69 services across Scotland, with an annual turnover of £20m and over 1100 employees.
These appointments comes as part of Community Integrated Care’s five year strategy, which has the ambitious vision of it becoming the UK’s Leading Health and Social Care Charity. The strategy aims for Community Integrated Care to grow by 30% over the coming years, so it can assist many more people across the UK. It also commits to providing services that are attuned to the needs of local communities and commissioners within Scotland.
