Thanks and Farewell to Jay Muthu
Everyone at Community Integrated Care would like to wish a fond farewell to Trustee Jay Muthu, who has stepped down after two fantastic years on our charity’s Board of Trustees.
Jay became a Trustee for Community Integrated Care in 2021, joining our organisation with a wealth of experience from his professional career, with a particular focus on culture and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion.
As a lifetime wheelchair user, Jay has been a passionate advocate for our charity’s EDI plans, playing a pivotal role in the launch of our first diversity strategy, A Place I Belong, and hosting an esteemed EDI panel at our 2022 Best Lives Possible Roadshow, an event which brought together over 400 of our charity’s leaders.
Jay has taken on an incredible role as Country HR Director for BT Group in India. We’re pleased however that Jay will remain a Trustee for our partner charity Age Exchange, where he’ll continue to provide his expertise, knowledge and guidance.
Libby Raper, Chair of our Board of Trustees said: “I’d like to express our thanks to Jay for his time as a Trustee at Community Integrated Care. Whilst we are certainly sad to say farewell, we are so grateful for the advice, guidance and support he has provided throughout his tenure.”
She continued, “Jay’s expertise and insights on inclusion, leadership and colleague engagement have been invaluable to our organisation, and I’m sure that his contributions will leave a lasting impact on our charity for many years to come.”
Community Integrated Care would like to congratulate Jay on his new role and wish him and his family well for their next adventure.
