#CelebratingSocialCare with Skills for Care

Community Integrated Care is proud to be supporting Skills for Care’s #CelebratingSocialCare campaign, running throughout April, recognising the importance of social care and highlighting our colleagues’ incredible achievements.

Launched today (4th April), the campaign follows the Social Care Day of Remembrance and Reflection which was held on 17th March, and aims to reflect on the past two years, highlighting the accomplishments among the challenges and providing ongoing support for the future.

In order to pay tribute to the sector’s dedicated and skilled workforce, Skills for Care is inviting organisations and colleagues to join in and take the time over the next month to shout out the importance of social care, and the dedication and skills of the people who work within it, by sharing their experiences, successes, and well done messages on social media using the hashtag #CelebratingSocialCare.

Skills for Care will also be sharing blogs and articles on their website which highlight good news stories from the sector, innovation and learning and development, as well as information and support for those still feeling the impacts of the pandemic.
