Community Integrated Care Appoints HR Director
Community Integrated Care is pleased to announce the appointment of Kerry Tanfield as its new Human Resources Director.
In her role, Kerry will oversee Community Integrated Care’s People Services Team, which comprises its HR, Payroll and Employee Relations departments, as well as leading its Learning & Development function.
Kerry will lead the development of Community Integrated Care’s new Recruitment Strategy and the charity’s preparation for the introduction of the National Living Wage in 2017. Alongside this, she will play a key role in supporting Community Integrated Care’s strategy, which has the vision of becoming ‘The UK’s Leading Health and Social Care Charity’.
Joining Community Integrated Care from The Co-Operative Group, Kerry has over 18 years’ experience working at Director Level in Human Resources, and has worked across a number of diverse sectors including the NHS, Financial Services, Manufacturing and Engineering.
Kerry holds an MBA from the Henley Business School, a Masters Degree in Employment Law from the University of Central Lancashire and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
