Community Integrated Care Celebrates International Women’s Day
Community Integrated Care is proud to be celebrating International Women’s Day 2017, an annual event to mark the extraordinary contribution of women throughout the world and campaign for gender equality.
Our charity is an organisation powered by incredible females, who make up 81% of our passionate workforce and do life-changing work every day. As well as this, we are also proud to support and partner with thousands of strong and inspirational women throughout England and Scotland.
Whether it’s raising thousands of pounds for our care homes, finding their dream job, or making an incredible difference to the lives of the people they support – the women at Community Integrated Care make our charity a better place.
Our HR Director, Kerry Tanfield, says: “Our organisation is immensely proud to employ and support so many wonderful women – their impact and achievements are immeasurable and we are so fortunate to work with them every day.”
“Our charity is led by an Executive Team that is 50% female and our Chairperson, Dame Joan Stringer is a formidable leader whose contribution to the education sector and society has been second to none throughout her distinguished career.”
Throughout the day, we’ll be sharing the stories of some of our most brilliant women, so look out for these on our social media channels!
