Elaine nominated for Carer of the Year
We’re delighted to announce that Elaine Robertson, a Support Worker at our Corskie Drive service in Aberchirder, has been shortlisted for an incredible accolade at the Moray and Banffshire Heroes 2025 awards.
From teachers to healthcare workers and students to fundraisers, the awards exist to recognise unsung individuals and organisations who dedicate themselves to helping others, bringing their local communities together and making a difference.
Inspired by her own experiences with family members receiving care, Elaine began her career with Community Integrated Care in 2002, dedicating over 20 years of her life to providing life-changing support to people who have care and support needs in the region.
Celebrating her exceptional efforts, Elaine has been named a finalist for the Carer of the Year Award, which acknowledges individuals providing consistently outstanding care, through limitless passion and dedication.
The winner of the award will be decided by a public vote, with the voting deadline set for midnight on Monday 24th March. To vote for Elaine, just click here.
We’d like to wish our heartfelt congratulations to Elaine on this fantastic news, and good luck in the awards ceremony taking place next month.
