Highly Commended at South East Care Awards

Community Integrated Care was proud to celebrate Advanced Support Worker, Darson Powell, receiving a Highly Commended recognition at the Great South East Care Awards on Friday (17th November).

Hosted by Care Talk Magazine, the awards celebrate the very best across the social care sector in the South East.

Community Integrated Care was delighted to have two shortlisted finalists on the evening. Our team from Littlehampton were runners up for the Care Team award and Darson Powell, Advanced Support Worker from our Temple Court service in Portsmouth, achieved a glowing recognition amongst finalists for the Support Worker Award with a Highly Commended honour.

Community Integrated Care’s Managing Director for South and Central, Edd Terrey, said, “We are incredibly proud of our Littlehampton team and Darson for being shortlisted at the awards and named as amongst the very best social care professionals in the region. Achieving a Highly Commended is a testament to Darson’s dedication to providing exceptional support and the brilliant things that he has achieved in supporting people to lead the best lives possible.”  

The Great British Care Awards National Finals run until the end of November. Our charity is proud to have 21 finalists across four regional ceremonies.
