People we support take on Leeds 10k

Six people supported by Community Integrated Care in Yorkshire will be taking on the Leeds 10k on Sunday the 5th of September, with nine colleagues from our charity running with them every step of the way. Please show your support for this amazing team, by donating to their cause!

The runners are raising money for Community Integrated Care’s Dream Fund. This fund is specially designed to enable the people we support to achieve their greatest dreams – from funding once in a lifetime experiences to commissioning programmes that support people to fulfil their potential and aspirations.

The race presents a big challenge and will be a real team effort, as our fundraisers come together for one important cause. Your donations and support will inspire them as they hurtle past Leeds’ most iconic landmarks to cross the finish line!

Community Integrated Care is proud to provide care and support across Yorkshire and to deliver this life-changing projects in Leeds, such as the Community Integrated Care Learning Disability Super League. When you donate, you help our charity make more dreams come true!
