Stephen Perry speaks at Charity Conference

Community Integrated Care’s Interim Chief Finance Director, Stephen Perry, joined this year’s Charity Accountants’ Conference for a panel discussion on “How to be a high-performing charity finance team.”

Hosted by Directory of Social Change, the two-day virtual conference brings together charity professionals to share valuable insights and information on the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in charity finance.

Stephen joined the panel discussion alongside Nilesh Pandya, Director of Finance and Resources at the Cripplegate Foundation, to discuss key learnings throughout their extensive careers, trends for the future and top tips for finance professionals and teams working in the charity sector.

Speaking of the event, Stephen said, “It was fantastic to join Nilesh on the panel at the Charity Accountants’ Conference and share my experiences and learnings from working in the not-for-profit sector for the past 15 years. It was also really insightful to hear from delegates who were at various stages in their career and consider together what key challenges and trends there might be in the future of charity finance.”
