We achieve TSA Accreditation
Community Integrated Care is proud to be named an accredited member of the TEC Services Association (TSA) for our work in Technology Enabled Care (TEC).
The TSA are the industry and advisory body for TEC in the UK. The organisation ensures the quality and safety of TEC services across the nation, by developing and outlining industry standards and providing independent, trusted audits and certification.
Our charity has been awarded accreditation for our services in TEC. This includes our work implementing a fully-staffed, 24/7 Virtual Care Centre and using cutting edge technology to deliver blended models of care that enable people to have more independence and control over their support.
On top of achieving accreditation, Community integrated Care has also been awarded the Quality Standards Certification from the TSA – the only UKAS accredited scheme for technology standards in the UK. This certification recognises our TEC services as meeting rigorous quality, safety and sustainability standards and providing a best-in-class service.
Joanna Scammell, Community Integrated Care’s Managing Director for Technology Enabled Care, said, “We are incredibly proud to have achieved this prestigious accreditation for our TEC services. Being recognised by the TSA and being awarded the Quality Standards Certification is a testament to the brilliant work of our charity’s TEC team and shows commissioners, people we support and their loved ones, that they’re in safe hands, with the services we provide being of the highest standards.”
She continued, “Over the past 12 months, we have gone from strength to strength in TEC; staying ahead of the curve in innovation within the sector and finessing our services to provide outstanding blended support that is reliable, empowering and truly enables people to live the best lives possible.”
