We’re proud to share our Annual Review 2020. We reflect on a year that will live long in the memory – a challenging 12 months, but one that will be remembered as a year where we stood together, gave the best of ourselves and showed the world the true value of social care.

This promise underpins all aspects of our strategy, and we’re exceptionally proud to share progress on how we’ve delivered this commitment in the first year of our strategy. We’re proud to launch our Annual Review for 2017/18.

From championing social inclusion to developing stunning new specialist services, supporting ground-breaking partnerships, through to sharing our insights with the sector, this is a charity that truly makes a difference.

Our exciting new Five-Year Strategy is introduced in this review, which aims to support the charity to successfully navigate the ever-changing social care landscape, whilst keeping our values, the people we support, our colleagues and the communities in which we work, at the centre of what we do.
